Before you arrive

A conversation about what you want from the desert. Landscape, stars, culture, or some combination. Altitude dictates the order, so the route is built around a safe acclimatisation curve before you land.

First days: lower altitude

San Pedro and the surrounding salt flats, while your body adjusts to 2,400 metres. Short drives, easy walking, and early nights under extraordinary skies.

Middle days: going higher

The altiplanic lagoons and the Tatio geysers, only once you have had 48 to 72 hours to acclimatise. These are the moments that stay with you the longest.

Evenings

Private stargazing under skies ranked among the clearest on the planet. No light pollution, no noise, no rush.
